In an effort to raise a bit of dough towards a little trip Alex and I are planning soon, I finally got around to updating my Etsy shop, Maude Loves Harold Vintage! I hope to list a few more things this coming week as well, so if you don't see anything that strikes your fancy, be sure to check back :n )

RINGO X THE LOVED ONE

Yesterday, I spent the afternoon doing a bit of modeling for The Loved One. Hanging out with Hannah is always a treat, plus I got a sorely needed dose of kitten love! As an added bonus, I think this might finally have kicked my ass in to gear to list a few things in my own neglected etsy shop. In fact, I just picked up a couple very Spring-y things today that I hope to list this weekend (hint: fans of ducks and flowers, rejoice!)

Just listed a few new things (oops, one just disappeared!!) on Maude Loves Harold Vintage, including this leopard print and leather bag (that white blouse may go soon as well, decisions decisions...) Still working my way through my closet in an effort to pay bills this month, so stay tuned...

blitzkrieg bop

A few nice corners from the new place. About 95% of everything is still a total blitzkrieg, but we've sort of carved out some semblance of civilization around the bed area. I just found the polka-dot blouse and denim dress this week, both second hand, and the spooky painting was on sale at Junk. It really ties the room together, no? Heheh.

Also, I spent part of the day photographing a few things for my etsy. Gotta make some room in our tiny wee closet. Hopefully I'll have them up in the next couple of days, and there'll be more to follow as well!

After much deliberation, I've decided to sell these Western loafer heels I recently nabbed. Not that I don't love 'em, it's just, well, how do I put this...it maaay have something to do with the $60 bones I threw down today on a pair of sandals at the Opening Ceremony sample sale. But more on that later! For the time being, shop Maude Loves Harold Vintage (and help buy me some groceries.)

I'm currently battling both life-sucking heat and sense-sucking greediness, but I finally managed to get a few things up in my etsy, Maude Loves Harold Vintage. Somehow a lot of what I picked up seems to have been in a similarly soft color palette. I'll be making a few more colorful additions this week (if I don't melt first.)

Little Sadnesses

A couple things bumming me out at the moment?



1) That these shoes aren't my size! Duuuude, I've always been a bit on the fence about beaded moccasins (mostly because they make my feet look so stumpy and square...) but these, THESE are amazing! And, unfortunately, made for a tiny person.



2) That these shoes would fit me, but that I can't afford them. Holy smokes. When would I ever wear these? You and I both know that is soooo not the point, amigos. Get of my dreams, get onto my feets!

Learning to Love Letting Go of More

In an attempt to make room for all those summer dresses I'm dreaming about, I'm trying to do a serious closet clear out of all the pretty things that I just don't wear enough, and deserve a better home.
