The Pains of Being Pure at Heart are coming to a town near you! (...Maybe??) Today, the greatest band in New York City/the World is embarking on a two week tour of the Eastern Seaboard. They've put some of my very fave, very new songs into set list rotation, and I'm tellin' you, you don't wanna miss out! If you happen to bump into the dudes after the show, tell Alex that Little Banana sends her love.

Cute video! Too bad the Pains (or any other good band for that matter) aren't coming to Switzerland any time soon!

well you could come to Coruña, you're invited to stay in my place if you want to :)
it would be nice to meet you as I've been following your blog for years now, though that's the first time I write here haha

Baby Blue: Ah man, that is a shame. The Pains did play in Switzerland last year though, so I have a feeling they'll be back!

susie: I'm not sure, though I know they would love to! They were actually meant to be playing a West Coast tour this summer, but they got too many other offers from European festivals and it didn't work out. I think you can rest assured that they'll be back soon.

Elena: thank you!! Spain is one of the places that I have been wanting to go to for years and years, hopefully I can make it happen sooner than later.

sometimes I visit your blog jussst to stare at that ice cream sandwich.

highly off topic but highly true. for some reason the video isn't working for me, but the initial screenshot of fuzzy creatures makes me happy. hope the tour goes well for The Pains!

found your blog through anabela's, and have been reading for the last hour. 99% sure our boyfs are friends (or at least business associates, my main squeeze is a musician too)- and we saw them play in jacksonville when they toured with our pal noel's band hooray for earth. enough lurking for now but i know i'll be back! xo
