The Great Pretender
Natalia Vodianova is a total babe.
In unrelated news, I'm getting one (yep, just one!) of my wisdom teeth out tomorrow. I'm absolutely terrified of both doctors and dentists, so oral surgery is basically my worst nightmare...I expect to be in something of a painkiller and Snack Pack induced haze for the next couple of days, so bear with me...

Aw, good luck! I got all four of mine out a few months ago and they were impacted, and it wasn't that bad. Don't stress. Jello is your friend. :) As are percocet and vicodin...haha.
Having my wisdom teeth out was my best dentist experience ever! I was terrified too, but they give you drugs that make every thing hilarious . . . then you get to live on ice cream for days afterwards. Good luck, but I think you'll kind of love it!
I love the fashion in these shoots I wish I had the guts to pull off those looks now a days. I think they're a little to vintage for me.
Good luck with the wisdom teeth.
xx Rachael
They give you lots of drugs! Yes my sisters both had theirs out and are much happier for it, although you certainly need care from others for a day or two ;). I don't think mine have grown at all... so I'm dumb? Otherwise, just glad the word "babe" is re-emerging. Good luck in the tooth dept, girl.
I think it would be really funny if you wrote a post right when you got home and told us about your first attempt to drink something.
i was terrified too before i got 2 of mine out last year. i was in so much pain with a really nasty infection before hand though so it was such a relief. It really wasn't that bad. i didn't get any gas, just 4 big needles POW straight in my mouth. that was the worst of it, after that i couldn't feel a thing. i'll just warn you about the icky icky taste you have for days, and that your mouth smells like butt.
i'm not helping, but no body told me and i wish they had!
good luck!
Ohh, good luck!
I was so scared when I had to go get one of my wisdom teeth out last year as well (and I'm usually not afraid of going to the dentist), but everything worked out fine and my dentist was REAL nice about it. Just try to relax and don't forget to breathe!
ok, i'm just gonna put this out there: everyone told me it would be fine, lots of drugs, yay. and for you it'll probably be just that...but alls i knows is that my body was not happy with me. i woke up in a stupor, asked my mom if i "did okay" then passed out. my face was as large as a very very large chipmunk, swollen and bruised for a week and all i could eat was pureed strawberry juice. and lots of percocet.
but apparently, mine was a freak reaction. one tooth should be easy peasy! good luck!
Good luck with the wisdom tooth! Hanging out all delirious and devouring Snack Packs actually doesn't sound so bad.
Have a friend get you a pile of magazines and DVDs, nothing too enthralling so you can drift in and out of consciousness, heh.
i never had the typical wisdom teeth experience...so i hope yours isn't too bad either!
i love this editorial! natalia is amazing!
aaagh, i sympathise with the hating dentists thing, i'm petrified too! good luck!
The dentist is a scary place!
