Spring Shopping

There's so many books and magazines on my wishlist right now! Lula, The Selby, The Facehunter...wouldn't even mind The Sartorialist while we're at it.
I'm really looking forward to wearing some khakis this spring and summer! Not so much looking forward to the fact that they'll be covered in spaghetti sauce/bird poop/chocolate by fall.
Still got my eye on you, Nixon...
I think I've finally decided on the style of Swedish Hasbeens I'm gonna save up for. Now I just have to decide on the color. Red? Black? Natural? HELP A GIRL OUT!!
I definitely need more stripes in my life, but that's pretty much a constant given. I'd love to finally get my hands on a top from St. James this year. Pricey, but I hear they're kinda the best.

A covetable list! I say go for natural! It's more spring like. Also in fall, with tights, it'll be an unexpected pop of not black.

Great list!
I've got khakis and stripes on mine as well.
I'd say go with natural on the shoes.

i'd say go with the red hasbeens! but that may just be because i love red sandals of any kind! :)
and, like you, i have been thinking about a st. james shirt, but i am devoted to my marimekko striped shirts. i'm not sure i could make the switch without feeling i'd betrayed them. but then again, i'm weird like that. /end of longest comment ever!

go for natural! i recently got a pair in that color, and they're so nice... especially because it looks as though they'll changing depending on sun exposure. they are so comfortable, too! you'll love 'em...

oh my gosh, 90 bucks for a t-shirt! no way jose. think of all the other great things you could potentially get instead. i got an awesome long sleeved striped shirt from h & m last year... maybe they still have a version on it. for the shoes, i say RED!

I think the red will look really awesome. I just finally cave in and got the peep-toe high in natural (because they freaking change color in the sun!!) But now I kind of wish I had been more adventurous and gotten the red.

Natural, they turn an awesome color after a bit of wear! As for the striped t-shirt, have you checked at an Army Surplus? Their stuff is always high quality and no so expensive.

wow those shoes aren't nearly as expensive as i always imagined they'd be. i'd say red for you since your gorgeous skin tone seems to practically demand it.

I want a pair of hasbeens so bad! And the new Lula issue has me excited too. I heard it has like 8 different covers or something like that. Eeek!

Big Fea: you can see all the Lula covers here:

They're all pretty amazing, but I think I want the Kim Noorda one the most! Of course, I'll take whatever I can get...

I was just on Yoox and they had the style of Hasbeens you have in your picture for £59. Thats the cheapest I've ever seen them, maybe US Yoox has them too?

This is going to be the summer I get Swedish Hasbeens as well! After longing for them all last summer, I think it's time to cave in. Can't decide between black and natural. Black won't show dirt, but natural is so lovely. Ahh decisions!

Natural seems like a good pick (goes with lots of stuff) but red would look so cool!

The Swedish Hasbeens site has a few different styles on sale now...but only in certain colors.
I would get the yellow peep toes, but I'm trying to save for the black lace-ups!

Ooof, it really is the hardest decision! I would seriously buy two or three pairs if I could.

I have the black Hasbeens, and they are great. Super comfy and when you walk you kind of have to rock forward which is fun. My flatmate also happens to have the nude coloured Funkis ones which are a bit higher. I think it depends what you are going to wear them with but I happen to think the hasbeens are a bit more classic, and also a little bit more sweet, where as the funkis ones a bit more "edgy" (a word i hate but i am tired and can't think.)

I think you should get the red Hasbeens.
