Ponch-ooohhh

Ever have one of those days when you're just so completely exhausted for no good reason that your eyeballs throb and all you want to do is curl up in your favorite poncho and sleep a thousand sleeps but instead you have to do your music homework and then take an hour and half train ride to the furthest reaches of Brooklyn to attend a three hour lecture on Schubert, Schumann and Schoenberg?

Today is DEFINITELY one of those days.

P.S.
Thank you all SO MUCH for the sweet words of congratulations on my last post! I passed them along to my bf and he smiled some seriously adorable smiles.

I totally know what you mean! I wish I could just stay in bed all day instead of wait for the train in the rain, go to my internship where I will do clerical work for four hours and then wait in the rain again for the train ride home. Darn those obligations!

How the heck do you manage to make a poncho look too chic? Seriously jealous over here.

The little bit of coral peeking out looks really great.

Thanks guys! I managed to not fall asleep in class, but man, Schumann was a CHALLENGE. Strophic? Through composed? So...sleepy...

Anonymous--I used to live in Sunset Park..does that count as South Brooklyn? It was nice and we had an awesome stoop but ultimately it was too far away from everything... especially my boyfriend's house!

And Caitlin, haha, it's like the Pains are uniting us all across time and space in ways we never thought possible (or SOMETHING like that...)
