Apparently she's quite the girl about town on that sweet ass bicycle of hers, and has been snapped by both the Sartorialist and the Facehunter atop its ferocious wheels. And according to some dude's comment, she is, in fact, model Judith Bedard, although I'm finding it hard to completely confirm this, since all the pictures I can find of miss Bedard show her in full make up and with varying hair colors.
