MISS BELIEVER

I recently did a short interview for Tamsin over at Miss Believer. It's been a freakishly busy week and a half, and it's certainly not over, but I'm glad I had a reason to take a moment and snap a few new photos, even if they're nothing ground breaking! Thanks Tamsin <3

  1. Man, I did too, until I slipped going down our stairs the other night while wearing them and the covers on the bottoms of both the heels came clean off! I guess they are vintage and all, but jeez. I also have a bruise the size of a grapefruit on my ass now. NOT CUTE.

  2. this is re: one of your responses in the interview, but i wasn't sure if i should reply there or here! (so indecisive!) anyways, i love all creatures great and small! so many fantastic fair isle sweaters and tweedy garments! :)

  3. I really enjoyed reading the interview as it's a bit like a "behind-the-scenes" and it recaps all I enjoy about your blog. I agree with what Tamsin wrote in the intro: I've been following your blog for a few years now and I always find something interesting and inspiring in what you post, and often find myself going through the archives. For the jeans, have you tried Cheap Monday (a bit expensive, I know...)? I'm a pretty odd shape too (big difference between hips and waist), and they're the only ones I've found that fit and don't strech out too much, even after over a year of almost daily wear.
Anyways (I'm almost done my very long comment), good luck with your voodoo dolls :), your work definitely deserves to be rewarded!

  6. I love the detail on your blouse pocket. And how worn and soft all those breton tops look! Soft old jersey is amazing.

  12. Forget about my earlier praise of Cheap Monday, I went shopping for jeans today and either they've changed, or I've changed, or my only pair by them was really odd haha!

  14. I loved this, its weird but great to see my favourite bloggers cross over, but I guess the internet knows no boundaries! I love that you only buy natural materials, I've been doing the same thing this year, besides some lurex and the like.
