candy colored romance

I know it feels like they're sort of everywhere at the moment, but I don't think I'll ever really get tired of watching these soft, lo-fi Super8 music videos. Especially the ones filled with pretty girls in pretty clothes (...and pretty boys don't hurt neither.)

  1. The Super8 look is definitely dated already, but I still like it. It's nice to see a style develop for this music scene (cute girls in little clothes jumping on beds, guys with cool clothes and greasy hair, choppy edits). It's like watching a Pixies video or a Breeders video from the 90s, they've become classic. I think this new Super8 craze will have the same legacy.
